Perhaps it is because I just recently started watching Mad Men, but I have been thinking that my home is missing a bar cart. It just seems like a glam, vintage thing to have. I actually am not much of a drinker, but I do like glassware and cocktail accessories. Vintage barware is an inexpensive and easy thing to find and collect at thrift stores and flea markets.

The Evolution of a Room- Family Room
My house is constantly changing and evolving. I like to move accessories and furniture from one room to another as a form of free decorating. I also feel that the best rooms are ones where items are collected over time. As a result it sometimes takes a few tries to find the perfect spot in your home for something you love. I hadn't done much to my family room, besides moving in the furniture that we already had. It was finally time to put a little love into this room. Let's take a look at what the room looked like when we bought the house.

White In
I am beginning to think that perhaps it is time to update the family room. I haven't given it much attention, besides putting all of the furniture that I already owned in there almost 4 years ago. I don't want to spend a bunch of money (big surprise!), or get rid of furniture/ stuff that is in good shape. But I certainly need a new coffee table. I would like something white and round. The room is smallish, and I think a round table will take up less room. Here are a few options...
