Counter Attack

The off white laminate countertops in the master bath are on their way out.  I have lived with them for 3 years, and now I finally have a reason to replace them.  One of the sinks has sprung a leak, and it doesn't make sense to install a brand new sink, in an ugly old counter.  So the hunt is on for the proper material.  Here are the options:

Marble
via

Pros:
Color choice, with white options
Natural stone
Solid surface (no seams to clean!)
Smaller slab sizes available
Cons:
Porous
Expensive (couldn't DIY the install)

 Granite
Counter White
via

Pros:
Natural Stone
Solid Surface
No seams
Easy to maintain
Cons:
Large slab sizes
Expensive (couldn't DIY the install)
Not many white/mostly white options

Tile

Tile Ceramic
via

Pros:
Cheapest Option
Could DIY
Lot of color choices
Cons:
High maintenance (seal grout regularly)
Lots of seams
Harder to clean

What do you think?  Which one would you pick?
